Every item we list is original, factory-sealed product sourced through the trade.
All product is supplied in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging, in the manufacturer's original configuration, English-language edition unless the product title says otherwise.
We do not sell resealed, repacked, weighed, searched or "guaranteed hit" product. We do not break cases and re-shrink them.
When your parcel arrives, inspect the outer seal before opening anything. Factory shrink is tight, seamless and carries the manufacturer's own fold pattern. If anything about the seal looks wrong, stop, photograph it, and contact us the same day.
If an item you receive from us is not original sealed product as described, we will take it back at our cost and refund you in full. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is the guarantee.
