A pre-order can be cancelled at any point before it ships.
Because a pre-order sits with us until the set is released, there is a long window in which nothing has moved. During that window you can cancel any reservation, in whole or in part, for any reason, and be refunded in full.
Email us with your order reference and say what you want cancelled. We will confirm in writing.
Publishers delay sets. If a release date moves materially after you reserve, you are free to cancel that line and take a full refund rather than wait — we will not hold you to a date that changed after you agreed to it.
If an allocation is cut and we cannot fill your reservation, we cancel it ourselves and refund you in full. We do not substitute a different product for the one you reserved without asking you first.
