Pre-orders ship once the set is released. Nothing ships before the manufacturer releases it.
Every item in this catalogue is a pre-order. It is dispatched after the publisher's release date for that set, once our allocation has been delivered to us and checked.
The release date we show on a product page is the date supplied to us for that product. Publishers move release dates. If yours moves, we will tell you rather than let the date pass quietly.
If you reserve items from more than one set, they will have different release dates. Tell us whether you want them held and sent together, or released to you set by set as each one lands. If you tell us nothing, we send each set as it arrives so you are not waiting on the slowest item.
Shipping is quoted at checkout on the basis of destination, weight and declared value. Sealed booster cases and display boxes are heavy — the quote will reflect that.
Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. Those charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
Everything goes tracked. You get the tracking reference when the parcel is handed over, not when the label is printed.
