What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
If you contact us, we hold the email address you write from and whatever you put in the message. If you place a reservation, we hold the name, delivery address and contact details needed to deliver it, plus the order itself.
Payment card details are never held by us. When a payment rail is in place, card data is handled by the payment provider and does not reach this site.
Your basket is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device unless you place an order.
A single cookie, gc_lang, remembers the language you picked so we stop guessing from your browser settings on every visit. That is the only cookie we set.
No advertising pixel, no third-party analytics, no session recording, no cross-site tracking, no data sold or shared with brokers.
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Plain correspondence is deleted once it is resolved and no longer needed.
