The terms you agree to when you use this site.
You reserve online and approve the payment with Bancontact at your own bank. Because Bancontact is issued by Belgian banks, Belgium is currently the only delivery country we can take payment for; if you are elsewhere, email us and we will tell you when that changes.
We never see or hold your card or account details. The payment is approved inside your own banking app, and your reservation is confirmed only once your bank tells us it went through.
Every listing here is a pre-order for unreleased sealed product. Reserving it creates an agreement to supply that product after its release, at the price shown when you reserved. Release dates come from the publisher and are outside our control.
Prices are in euro and include no shipping. Allocations are finite: if we cannot fill a reservation we will cancel it and refund it in full rather than substitute something else. Obvious pricing errors — a decimal in the wrong place — may be corrected before an order is accepted, and you will be told and offered a cancellation.
Pokémon, One Piece and all associated set names, logos and card artwork are the property of their respective rights holders. GildCards is an independent retailer of sealed product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any publisher.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which GildCards is established, without displacing any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
