Fourteen days to change your mind, and no time limit on us getting it wrong.
If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
To be refunded in full the product must come back sealed and unopened, in the condition it reached you. Sealed trading card product loses effectively all of its value the moment the seal is broken, so opened product cannot be returned under the withdrawal right.
This is separate from the 14 days and is not limited by it. If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or is not original sealed product as described, contact us with photographs and we will arrange collection at our cost and refund or replace at your choice.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them once the returned item reaches us, or immediately in the case of a cancellation before dispatch. Your bank, not us, decides how quickly it then appears.
For a change-of-mind withdrawal the return postage is yours. For anything damaged, wrong or misdescribed it is ours.
